Archers complete beginners course at Mayhood’s

NORWICH – Beginner archery enthusiasts were honored recently after successfully completing an instruction course at Mayhood’s Sporting Goods, located on state Rte. 12.

Mark Becht of Norwich, who manages the store’s archery department, was the instructor for the 10 week class. The entry level archers learned the fundamentals of the sport - from stance to equipment - and continually worked to improve their scores.
