NORWICH – Town of Norwich Supervisor David Law saws a board Thursday in the traditional “board cutting ceremony” officially announcing the grand opening of the new Lowe’s home improvement center, just south of Norwich on Rt. 12. The Red Cross Norwich Chapter was also awarded a $1,000 grant from Lowe’s in celebration of the grand opening.
