NORWICH – Quizno’s sandwich shop opened over the weekend in the Chenango Towne Plaza in the Town of Norwich. Cutting the ribbon Friday were Chamber of Commerce CEO Dave Hall, Norwich Mayor Joe Maiurano, owners and managers Melissa Amonor and Dale Blackwood, Town Supervisor Dave Law and Chamber Economic Development Coordinator Maureen Carpenter.
