COVID-19 Update For Chenango County

CHENANGO COUNTY – As of Monday there are 280 active cases of COVID-19 in Chenango County, 63 of which are vaccinated, and nine individuals are currently hospitalized, one of which are vaccinated.

The Chenango County Department of Health confirmed there have been 5,766 total cases of COVID-19 in Chenango.

There have been 91 confirmed deaths.

The health department also confirmed there are 622 residents under quarantine, and 5,480 total recoveries.

So far approximately 167,520 tests for the virus have been administered in the county.

CHENANGO COUNTY — Chenango County is currently experiencing its highest surge in COVID-19 cases since the pandemic started almost two years ago. It is critical that everyone continue to try to curb the spread of COVID-19.
