NORWICH – A man accused of stealing electronics from an area business changed his plea to guilty in court Monday, Oct. 31, and will serve five years of probation.
Thomas J. Mulverhill entered a plea of guilty to the charge of burglary in the third degree, and was subsequentially sentenced to five year probation.
On June 8, 2015, Mulverhill and a co-defendant unlawfully entered a local business with two coolers and proceeded to the electrics department. Mulverhill was then arrested at a later date in Broome County on other charges, while having warrant for his arrest in Chenango County.
