We're still getting hot, Patrollers! The Summer is just starting and the Patrol is just getting warmed up. Including a new Toddster's Take with "San Andreas" starring the Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson. The Toddster also has included some new DVDs to cool things down a bit. Let's see!

New on DVD

Focus- Even when you're good at something, you sometimes run across some things you can't expect. Nick (Will Smith) always had a plan for that easy score to get the biggest pay off. Things all changed when he met Jess (Margot Robbie). Jess was just starting out in the business but Nick spotted her and he thought she had a lot of potential. The potential all goes out the window when you start to get too close. Nick started to get too close to Jess during one of his last cons in New Orleans. He did what he thought was right, gave her cut of the loot, and they parted ways. A few years later, Nick runs into her again but now she has become really good at the con herself. Nick is still crazy about her and now wants to make sure she isn't in over her head. Can he help her and get his mind back on the con? Smith and Robbie are both starring in "Suicide Squad" heading into theaters next Summer.

Jupiter Ascending- When you live somewhere all your life, you may be expected to be drawn somewhere you don't expect. From the creators of "The Matrix," comes an all new adventure spanning galaxies. Jupiter (Mila Kunis) was just an Earth girl doing the best she could. When a soldier named Caine (Channing Tatum) arrives, her life is about to change forever. It turns out that Jupiter is the heiress to a Galactic empire and there are those that are out to make sure she doesn't find out about her true destiny that awaits her should she choose to embrace it. Now she just has to stay ahead of those who want her dead. Can Caine and Jupiter find a way to bring both Worlds together? See Tatum in some great DVDS in stores now that include "21 Jumpstreet,""GI Joe: The Rise of Cobra," and "White House Down."

Beauty And The Beast- (Season 2)- Being a cop is never a easy job. Even when you have a boyfriend who was experimented on to become an advanced killing machine. Catherine Chandler (Kristin Kreuk) worked for the NYPD as a detective. Years earlier, she witnessed her Mother get killed by muggers who tried to kill her as well. Suddenly, she was saved by a guardian angel who she meets a few year later while working on a case. Cat learns he's really Vincent Keller(Jay Ryan). They meet and it's slow going at first but they learn to trust each other. In the Season 2 opener, Vincent was abducted by mercenaries and hasn't been seen in 3 months. Cat has exhausted all her leads trying to find him. Then, out of the blue, she runs into him while working on a case but he doesn't seem to remember her. Will she be able to find out what has happened to him and restore his memories? Season 3 begins on Thursday June 11 at 8PM on the CW Network.

Now in Theaters

San Andreas- There are times people are tested like never before. Especially when disasters are involved. Ray Gaines (Dwayne Johnson) worked as a rescue pilot for the Los Angeles Fire Department and was very good at his job. His Ex Wife Emma (Carla Gugino) wanted nothing but the best for him even though their marriage didn't work out. Now he's about to escort his daughter Blake (Alexandra Daddario) back to school. Plans get changed when Emma's new boyfriend Daniel (Ioan Gruffudd) invites her to San Francisco to see one of his new buildings. Ray isn't happy about it but lets her go. Things are about to change even more when a series of violent earthquakes rock the entire west coast. Scientists predict that a big one is headed for San Francisco and now all Ray wants to do is save his family. Can Ray save them before time runs out?

The Toddster's Take- We all like disaster movies and when Dwayne "The Rock" Johnson is involved, it's going to be interesting. The action and special effects were good but as a story it seemed very predictable and at times slow. You did get to see more acting chops from Johnson and you really felt for him as you found out more of his backstory. The rest of the cast was good as well. If you like Johnson, go check it out. Other than that, that's all it has really going for it.

The Toddster has more coming for reviews with "Spy"starting in theaters today starring Melissa Mccarthy and Jason Statham. We will feature another Toddster's Take next time. The Toddster is back next time.
