BOONVILLE – Sherburne-Earlville jumped out to a 3-0 lead at halftime in a victory over Adirondack Tuesday night.

Morgan Simpson set a new school-record for goals in a game scoring five times for the Marauders – the first five goals.

Simpson tallied three times in the first half with Sierra Barker, Taylor Coughlin, and Savannah Irwin collecting assists.

Coughlin had the final goal with 1:17 left in regulation.

Monday, a strong Unatego club handed S-E a shutout defeat scoring twice in the second half to pull away.

WINDSOR – A day removed from winning overall medalist honors at the Class B Tournament, Windsor's Nate Wrighter shot a 1-under-par 34 leading unbeaten Windsor (14-0) to a victory over Norwich Wednesday at Golden Oak Golf Club.

The Tornado (8-7), who lost their final two matches, still finished with an above-.500 mark, and that came with a lineup whose eldest players were sophomores.
