OXFORD – The Midstate Athletic Conference announces its 2013-2014 boys’ basketball all-stars. Unadilla Valley sophomore David Dufresne, who averaged 19.4 points a game this season, was named the conference’s most valuable player. Listed below are first team, second team, and honorable mention picks:
