UHS relocates home care and therapies practices to Eaton Center

NORWICH – The recent relocation of some of United Health Services’ outpatient services to The Eaton Center was made in an effort to provide enhanced customer service by positioning these departments in a centrally-located building within the City of Norwich.

United Health Services (UHS) Home Care of Norwich has moved to a new, convenient office in the Eaton Center in downtown Norwich. The office is on the first floor, inside the main entrance on the Conkey Avenue side of the building. UHS Home Care in Norwich is easily accessible and there is plenty of parking right outside the building’s main entrance.

Identified by Home Care Elite – which publishes an annual review of the most successful home care providers in the United States – as one of the top 500 home health agencies in the country, UHS Home Care has been providing medical products and home care services to the greater Binghamton and Chenango County areas for more than two decades. It is licensed by the New York State Department of Health and certified by Medicare.

UHS Home Care offers in-home nursing, physical, occupational, speech, sleep and respiratory and oxygen therapy, and an array of additional services for people recovering from illness, surgery or recent hospitalization, and for those living with chronic disease. It serves people throughout Central and Southern New York, including Chenango County. These services are in addition to providing medical equipment and supplies.
