Oxford 3 B-G 2

OXFORD – Oxford snapped B-G’s three-game winning streak Friday night edging the Bobcats in five games, 15-25, 25-14, 17-25, 25-22, 25-23.

Marlena Frank had nine kills for Oxford, and Kristi Shepherd added six assists, five aces, and five kills.

Alli Roosa had 23 kills and seven aces for B-G (3-6).

Oxford: Aces- Kristi Shepherd 5, Marlena Frank 4; Kills- Marlena Frank 9, Kristi Shepherd 5, Christine Brussell 5 Jessica Roach 4; Assists-Kristi Shepherd 6, Chelsea Roach 5; Blocks- Marlena Frank 2, Christine Brussell 1.

B-G: Aces-Alli Roosa 7, Stephanie Miller 5, Missy Reigles 6, Ashley LaMont 4; Kills-Alli Roosa 23, Stephanie Mulhair 5, Missy Reigles 12, Ashley LaMont 5, Lauren Porter 3; Assists- Alli Roosa 15, Stephanie Mulhair 23, Missy Reigles 12; Digs- Joanna Hartwell 4, Amanda Church 2.

JV: Oxford won 2-1.

Greene 3, Oxford 0

OXFORD – Greene rebounded from Friday’s loss to defeat Oxford Saturday afternoon, 30-28, 25-9, 25-21.

Devyn Staley picked up 13 kills, and Haley MacLaren charted 20 assists.

Marlena Frank put away five kills for Oxford (4-7) and Deanna Jones served three aces.

Delhi 3, Greene 1

GREENE – Delhi improved to 10-1 on the season Friday night defeating Greene in four games, 25-19, 14-25, 25-19, 25-5.

Tiffany Hall led at the net for the Bulldogs with 12 kills and two stuff blocks.

Haley MacLaren finished with 11 assists for Greene (7-4), while Devyn Staley racked up 11 kills and two blocks.
