A former teachers union president on the school board should make for interesting debate as contracts go another year without agreement. How can any CEO operate when the Board is publicly split? The CEO could settle both contracts if the Board says to just do it. So... employees don't blame the CEO, blame the supposed allies on the Board.

I think its not the Board, I think its the administration behind the board...everyone is afraid to do anything without the say so of certain members in the administration. But only those involved really know for sure

Hey middleoftheroad,
I think the person you are talking about ran because the CEO could not settle the contracts. She knows the potential damage this super will do to the district if things are not settled soon.
