Why do people keep referring to Julia as Don's "partner"?

She is his WIFE!!

Yes, they were in the business together, but it takes 2 to "tango" as they say!

Julie has cooperatedf ully, while Donny has done nothing but deny, deny!

Now we hear he's getting OUT of jail???? What is this all about?? Guess I can go rob a  bank and not worry about  the consequences, huh?? Let him rot in there til this goes to trial like everyone else.... 11 felonies and going home....amazing!*&^!%
