If a well produces 1 million cu/ft/day, the money received would be $100/day at $.10/1000 c.f.

Many Marcellus wells in PA are producing 4 million c.f./day.

That would bring the city a total of $400/day or
$12,000 per month. Per well.

Money, which, if properly managed, would not have to come from taxpayers.

Bear in mind that NYS will take 28 percent of the well's production.
