Southern Tier Startup Alliance Entrepreneur-in-Residence, Tony Frontera Offers Free Workshop

OXFORD– A free entrepreneur workshop, “Customer Discovery Tactics,” will be held Tuesday, April 4, 2017 from 6:30-8:00 p.m. in the Oxford Academy Primary School multipurpose room. The presentation will be led by Southern Tier Startup Alliance entrepreneur-in-residence Tony Frontera.

Current and aspiring entrepreneurs often ask how they can find out what their customers want without showing a finished product, and before they invest in building a project or service. This presentation invites the public to come learn about the most effective tactics for connecting with potential customers and getting information needed before investment.

Knowing customer needs and wants lets you develop your business so you are informed and it is equipped to deliver just-right products and services. Presenter Tony Frontera is a seasoned marketer and entrepreneur in the consumer electronics industry. He has over thirty years of marketing strategy, business strategy, business development, and consumer communication experience at both his own retail business and mid-sized corporations.

Frontera served in marketing management and business development capacities at McIntosh Laboratory where he was responsible for branding, distribution strategy, and customer and dealer communication within the luxury consumer electronics industry. Previously, Mr. Frontera held various positions as Manager of Business Development, Northeast Regional Training Manager, and Account Manager for companies in the Photographic and Printing industries.
