SHERBURNE – The Sherburne-Earlville boy’s varsity bowling team got the perfect Christmas present as they secured consecutive wins before going on break.
S-E faced off against Waterville on Dec. 19, winning by a considerable margin of over 400 points, 2246-1820.
The S-E bowlers were firing on all cylinders, as the team of five combined to score over 700 points in each of the three games. Wyatt Youngs finished with the single-game high, 205, as well as the highest three-game series score, firing a 551. Other notable performers were Derek Dureheimer, who notched a 476 series, and Trace Kane, who ended with a 436 series score.
