Voting registration deadline looms

NORWICH – Friday, March 25 is the last day for residents of Chenango County to register to vote for the April 19, 2016 Presidential Primary.

If you are already a registered voter in Chenango County and have moved since the last election, you may request a change of address form by calling the Chenango County Board of Elections.

Prospective voters have the option of registering in person at the Board of Elections, 5 Court St., Norwich, between the hours of 8:30 a.m. of 5 p.m., including lunch hour, Monday through Friday. Any mail registration forms must be postmarked no later than March 25, 2016 and be received by the Board of Elections no later than March 30, 2016 to be eligible to vote in the April 19, 2016 Presidential Primary Election.
