Trojans extend record to 5-0

GREENE Ė The Trojans menís varsity basketball team extended their record to 5-0 in the Midstate Athletic Conference as they trounced their opponents Harpursville 59-28 last night, Jan. 6.

Greene came out firing in the first quarter and was quickly out to a 16-2 lead thanks to 11 points from their top scorer Jordan Harrington. Harrington finished with 23 points for the game.



The Trojans continued their relentless pursuit and by the half were leading by 20 points on a score line of 29-9.

The Hornets played a much better second half but were unable to overcome the huge deficit and ultimately lost 59-28.
