YMCA Halloween Youth Dance draws more than 170

More than 170 ghosts and ghouls came out to the Norwich Family YMCA for the annual Halloween Youth Dance on Friday. Youth Dances are open to kids who are in grade school throughout the area. For more information, contact the YMCA at 336-9622.
