Who likes to have fun out driving, Patrollers?! The Toddster decided to go back in time revisiting one of our favorite franchises and to look at a new addition to it too. From the first Transporter that really launched Jason Statham to Action Star Status and becoming an international TV hit in Europe. Now back in theaters in an all new adventure starring Ed Skrein taking over as Frank Martin. Let's raid the patrol vault to look at some of the Toddster's Transporter hits.

Now on DVD

The Transporter- Following the rules doesn't mean you have to break them. They can be bent a little bit. Frank Martin (Jason Statham) used to be in the Military until he got tired of following their rules. Now he follows his own: 1. Don't change the deal. 2. No Names. and 3. Don't Look in the Package. He gets contracted to transport a package until he breaks his own rules when he looks in the package and finds a beautiful woman. Frank learns that she is trying to stop a number of refugees from being sold into slavery. Now she'll need Frank's help to save them. How many rules will he break to do what is right?

Story Continues Below Adverts

Transporter 2- Still bending the rules is OK. Frank Martin (Jason Statham) returns to action where he's working for a friend. Frank is working for a U.S diplomat (Matthew Modine) transporting his son to and from school everyday. The little boy is targeted by a drug lord who wants to take the boy and inject him with a virus that will infect anyone close to him. The boy is later kidnapped and Frank is blamed for it. Now Frank will have to break all the rules if he's to save himself and get the boy back. Will Frank find a way to find a cure in time?

Also on DVD

Transporter: The Series (Season 1)- Traveling the World means working a bit harder to keep your reputation alive. In the First Episode, Frank (Chris Vance) is asked by a friend to transport a new fuel device that can limit gas consumption. Along with a beautiful woman, Frank has to get her and the device to Paris before they're stopped by a crime syndicate out to use it for their own means. Will Frank make it to Paris and keep his reputation intact?

Now in Theaters

The Transporter Refueled- Doing what's right means keeping the rules in check. Frank Martin (Ed Skrein) is still working as a Transporter taking whatever needs to be taken from Point A to Point B. In this one, Frank is contracted to transport 3 women who have been robbing Russian crime lords working in France. To make Frank do what he's told, they have kidnapped Frank's Father (Ray Stevenson). Frank will have to pull out all the stops to keep the rules going and keep his schedule on time. It also seems that Frank might know some of the Russians that the ladies are stealing from. Is Frank going to get his Dad back and keep everything going?

The Toddster's Take-I'm usually picky when they change actors in a franchise that is really good. I have to say this change was for the better. The original creator Luc Beeson is back writing this latest installment and it pulls out all the stops. Ed Skrein as Frank Martin was very good and I hope to see a new one before long. See this one!

We have to follow our rules and head out for another week. More DVDS back next time with some TV included too. The Toddster will be back.
