New York State Trooper Jeremy Hicks and volunteer Carrie Dennison stand near the Dunkin’ Donuts drive-through Friday morning for the Cops on Top event that runs from 7-11 a.m. Friday. The proceeds benefit the Special Olympics. With a donation, the individual receives a coupon for a free coffee. A donation of $20 or more gets the individual a t-shirt.
