Members of the Chenango County Chapter of the Otsego-Delaware Board of Realtors recently gathered together to celebrate the 85th birthday of broker Irmin Mody of Irmin Mody Real Estate in Norwich. Mody has been a full time working realtor longer than any other Chenango/Madison County member of the board. Family, friends, and agents representing Mody Real Estate, RPI Real Estate, Pearson’s Property Shop, Erma Runion Real Estate, Realty USA, Countryside Realty, Northeast Realty, Peggy Parker Real Estate LLC, Aurora Homes, and PRK Properties surprised Mody with a cake and a gift certificate for the occasion.
