Thymely Treasures says farewell

NORWICH Approaching five years after opening the doors of her little shop on the corner, Susan Wood, owner of Thymely Treasures in Norwich, is calling it quits.

Wood has announced that her shop will be closing at the end of the month. Citing a rocky local economy and a dwindling clint base, Wood said its simply become too burdensome to keep her store open.

I put the decision off for over a year hoping that things would improve, but I made the decision that I can no longer afford to keep the shop open. Im actually losing money, she said. Its incredibly sad for me because this has become my happy place. My shop is my happy place. Its hard to let it go.
