Convenience a top priority for new auto repair franchise

NORWICH – A long-standing car dealership that recently changed hands in ownership has recently made several noticeable upgrades to its facade is now home to another business that offers local car owners the convenience of fast, comfortable service.

Quick Lane is a Franchised Tire and Auto Center that was founded in 1996 is the fastest growing auto repair chain with more than 700 locations popping up all over continental U.S. And 150 location abroad. The company focuses primarily on quick, no-appointment-necessary preventative maintenance and service of all makes and models of cars on the road, which is a perfect fit for busy working families.

“Right now we're still running with the dealership's hours, said Service Manager Glenn Halfield. “Eventually we will be open for extended hours into the evening beyond the hours of the Dealership's service department.”

According to Halfield, the business is all about convenience – and comfort. Customers are greeted at a kiosk as they enter the brand new and well appointed facility where the business end of the transaction takes place. From there, customers can relax in comfortable leather loungers while basking in the glow of a giant flat-screen or catch up on emails with the free wifi.
