Despite the frigid temps and the excessive snowfall this winter, Stanford J. Gibson Elementary School remains optimistic that spring will once again return to Chenango County. As an act of wishful thinking, or just the desire to add some vitality to the bleak winter snowscape, Gibson school has decorated their snow banks with colorful spring flowers.
