BINGHAMTON – Two former Chenango County athletes and one current head coach will be inducted into the Section IV Athletics Hall of Fame Saturday, March 7 at the Floyd L. Maines Memorial Arena.

The Section IV Athletic Council named Jeff Parker (Norwich), Dr. Craig Reynolds (Oxford), and Bob Conway (girls' basketball coach) to this year's class in a media release Tuesday.

Conway is currently in his 22nd year as head coach of Bainbridge-Guilford and 33rd overall, and has a career record of 484 wins and 196 losses (a .711 win percentage). Previously, Conway spent 11 years coaching at Mount Upton.

Conway recently led the Bobcats' girls' basketball team to their fourth Midstate Athletic Conference title and fifth overall league title including a Susquenango Association crown in 1996.

Overall, Conway has guided B-G to nine MAC division crowns, four Susquenango East titles, one Class C title, one Class C-2 title, and an appearance in the Class C state championship game in 1999.

While at Mount Upton, Conway's alma mater, he overcame a 1-21 start over his first two seasons to lead the Mounties to a Tri-Valley Crown three years later, a Section IV Class D title, and a berth in the Class D state title game.
