The Evening Sunís Photographer Frank Speziale took this photo of former New York Governor Mario Cuomo in Oneonta decades ago. Cuomo, right, was attending a ribbon cutting at the Local Union 258 in Oneonta. Clarence Rappleyea, center, was also in attendance. At the left is Spezialeís son Francesco. In the rear is Aaron Seward of South New Berlin and was president of the local union 258 at the time. Cuomo died Thursday of natural causes due to heart failure at his home, according to a statement released by the governor's office. Reactions from representatives on Cuomoís passing appear in todayís edition on page 8.
