Dorothy Loiselle and Nick Testani prepare to serve up a meal of roast pork, mashed potatoes and gravy, and string beans at the Norwich Community Soup Kitchen located at St. Bart’s Parish Center in Norwich. Serving is at 5:30 p.m. every Tuesday night.
