The Summer is still here, Patrollers! The DVD Patrol is still rocking and my team is still doing their reporter thing so we'll be doing our Robin Williams tribute down the road a little bit. In the meantime, the show must go on and we've got some pretty good DVDS for you. Including a certain web slinger back on DVD. Time to swing into action!

New on DVD

The Amazing Spider Man 2- No one said that being a hero was going to be easy. Just ask Peter Parker (Andrew Garfield). When we last saw our hero, he was wrestling with a promise he made to Gwen Stacy's (Emma Stone) Father to stay away from her to keep her safe. As much as he would love to honor that promise, he loves her too much. Also, the burden of being Spider Man can get in the way of being with her. Things are about to get even tougher when a new enemy named Electro (Jaime Foxx) wants to turn all the power off in New York City. To make matters even harder, Gwen has been offered a Scholarship to study in London and old friend Harry Osborn (Dale Dehaan) has returned to town to ask Peter to contact Spider Man for him. Peter is being pulled in all sorts of directions and he's not sure what to do. Can he keep the girl and fullfill his duty and obligations to being a hero? My sources that there are several spinoffs in the works including a female version of Spider Man being considered, an all villain adventure starring the Sinster Six, and others too. The Amazing Spider Man 3 is set to be released sometime in 2018.

The Muppets: Most Wanted- The Muppets are back for another adventure. They say that everyone has a double in the World. The Muppets go on a World Tour and during one of their stop offs in Europe, they become aware of a jewel heist. What they don't know is that the jewel heist was pulled off by someone who looks exactly like Kermit. His name is Constantine and he becomes aware of how close he looks like and getting into the act with the Muppets might be the best way to escape from the Police and even blame the theft on Kermit. The police put Kermit in jail and everything looks pretty bleak. Can they find out what is really happening and clear Kermit's name? My sources tell that another Muppets adventure may be in the cards. More news on the way soon.

Also on DVD

The Blacklist- Even bad guys have a change of heart. Being a bad guy just seemed to pay more. Raymond "Red" Reddington (James Spader) once worked for the Government but changed sides. He's been on the run for years and has been the mastermind behind the scenes. Now he's changed his mind and decides to suddenly surrender to the FBI. He's has some conditions to help his jailers if he is to cooperate. One of them is enlisting a young profiler named Elizabeth Keen (Megan Boone). No one knows why he wants her help. All they know is Liz may be the key to getting into Red's head and getting their hands on what he calls the "Blacklist." Can Liz find out what she needs to for the FBI and see what Red's hidden motives are? Season 1 is now available on DVD with Season 2 premiering on NBC Monday September 22 at 10PM.

Bitten- Heroes come in all shapes and sizes. Including one as attractive as this. Elena Micheals (Laura Vandervoort) had a great life in Toronto working as a photographer trying to make a new life for herself. What no one knows is that the life she left behind is a dark one. Elena is really a werewolf and she doesn't want to have anything else to do with her pack that she thought she left behind. Now her pack is in trouble and she's the only one that can help. She has to return to try and find out what is happening to them and why. If she is to keep the life she has worked hard to build, can she find out what is behind the danger to her pack and why? Vandervoort returns for Season 2 on "Bitten" when it returns to the Syfy Channel in January 2015.

The Toddster has been plenty busy and has some new Toddster Takes coming. Colorscape is just around the corner too. If all goes well, he'll be there with the crew. Stay Tuned!
