OXFORD Oxford Academy Scholarship Program has announced its annual Phone-A-Thon will take place on Sunday, March 2, 2014. Chairperson Kate Constantine announced the students of the National Honor Society will be manning the telephones from 1-5 p.m. and is asking for tax-deductible contributions for the cause.
