ENDICOTT – Norwich had four finalists and crowned three champions to place fourth overall at the STAC Championships, Saturday at Union-Endicott High School.

Dalen Geislinger (99), Tristan Rifanburg (138), and Frankie Garcia (152) won titles for Norwich. Ty Rifanburg (99) placed second losing to Geislinger in an all-Norwich final, Cole Rifanburg (120) was fourth, and Zach Mills (106) along with Brad Chesebro (220) took fifth to lead NHS.

In a rematch of the Clyde Cole Tournament final – won by Rifanburg – Geislinger turned the tables on his wrestling-room workout mate with a second-period pin.

Tristan Rifanburg steamrolled his way into the finals with a pin and two technical falls. In a return meeting with Elmira’s Curtis Grant from an early-season matchup, Rifanburg was much more impressive against the 2013 Division I state place finisher winning 8-3. Earlier this year, Rifanburg rallied for an 8-6 win over Grant.
