Troop trip to the courthouse

Chenango County Court Judge Frank B. Revoir Jr. and Security Officer Kent Smith gave 41 Cub Scouts, the Pack leaders and parents a tour of the Chenango County Courthouse on Nov. 13. Officer Smith provided a history of the courthouse and Judge Revoir explained the criminal justice process from arrest to sentencing.
