Greene 103, Sus Valley 82

CONKLIN - Greene’s swimming team broke through with its first win of the season beating Susquehanna Valley Friday.

Kailey Yanusas (200 free), Chelsea Carlson (200 IM), and Julia Arboit (50 free) strung together three wins in a row for Greene to swing the momentum. All three added individual wins later in the meet, Margot McDermott took the 500 free, and Payton Cutting won the 100 breaststroke.

“We had our two toughest opponents of the year right at the start of the season, and that got us ready for Sus Valley,” said Greene coach Mike Platta. “The hard work really paid off for us tonight.”
