Who’s your hero?

CHENANGO COUNTY – The Chenango County Fairgrounds, in conjunction with Millennia Entertainment, are proud to announce country music superstar Jamie O’Neal as the 5th annual Guitars Under the Stars headliner, the show starting at 6:30 p.m. on August 7 from the grandstands at the Chenango County Fairgrounds in Norwich. Two contests have been launched in relation to the event, and the community has the opportunity to submit entry forms for a chance to win either free tickets to the show, or a special meet-and-greet with O’Neal.

The theme of the show this year is heroism. Heroes of all walks of life within the community will be honored at the event.

O’Neal is a singer and songwriter hailing from Australia and is known for her back-to-back number one singles “There Is No Arizona” and “When I Think About Angels” from her debut album Shiver, released in 2000. In 2004, O’Neal signed with label Capital Nashville and released the single “Trying to Find Atlantis.”

In 2012, O’Neal announced she had established her own record label, Momentum Label Group. Under that label, she was able to launch artist Rachele Lynae, whose single “Party Til the Cows Come Home” was released that year.
