NORWICH – Three individuals remain incarcerated at the Chenango County Correctional Facility following an investigation into the possession and sale of narcotics in the Town of Norwich by the Chenango County Sheriff’s Office and narcotics detectives.
The three were charged as follows:
• Christopher L. Joy, 44, Norwich, charged with third degree criminal sale of a controlled substance, a class B felony; and first degree criminal nuisance, a class E felony, after he allegedly sold crack cocaine to an undercover police officer and maintained a premises for the purpose of engaging in the unlawful sale of controlled substances.
