33 dogs dead: Greene woman charged with arson, cruelty to animals

GREENE – A Town of Greene woman has been charged with third degree arson, a class C felony, and aggravated cruelty to animals after she allegedly set fire to her own basement Monday morning, killing 33 dogs that were kept there at the time.
