Village of Afton: Oct. 31, 4 to 6 p.m. with a gathering afterwards for families at First Baptist Church.
Village of Bainbridge: Oct. 31, 5 to 7 p.m.
Village of Greene: Oct. 31, 5 to 8 p.m.
Village of New Berlin: Oct. 31, 4:30 to 6:30 p.m.
Village of Oxford: Oct. 31, 5:30 to 8 p.m.
Village of Sherburne: No set time
City of Norwich: Oct. 31, 5 to 8 p.m.
