Smyrna Supervisor Bays resigns

SMYRNA – Supervisor James Bays, D-Smyrna, tendered his resignation Monday to the Chenango Board of Supervisors after accepting the position of first deputy commissioner of the New York State Department of Agricultural and Markets.
