NORWICH A disposition has yet to be reached in the case against alleged felon Vasilios Pothos, charged with fourth degree conspiracy a class E felony in September of 2011.
The 61-year-old Town of German resident remains in custody at the Chenango County Correctional Facility on $100,000 cash bail, accused of conspiring with another person to commit the crime of third degree arson a class C felony in an alleged attempt to hire another individual to set fire to a vehicle.
