Arts Council announces high school exhibit winners

NORWICH – The Chenango County Council of the Arts has announced the winners in various categories of “Artistic Discover 2011,” its annual exhibit featuring the works of local high school students.

Paintings:

HM Lillian Tomas – “Untitled” – Afton

HM Kira Angelina – “Young Horse” – Oxford

HM Brooke Noble – “Self-Portrait” – Oxford
