Varsity Club contributions recognized

The Norwich Girls’ Basketball Boosters Club recognized members of the Varsity Club for their generous contributions to the program at last Friday’s home game. The support of the Varsity Club allows the girls an opportunity to play summer league basketball, off-season tournaments, participate in skill development clinics, as well as provide for away-game meals. The girls’ basketball boosters, players, coaches, and parents are unanimous in their appreciation for all the support these local businesses provide to our program. Listed are the local businesses and their company representative: Nina’s Pizzeria, Luke Murphy; Peggy Parker Real Estate, Kevin Walsh; Burrell’s Excavating, Blake Brown; Mang Insurance, Dan Brady; NBT Bank, Tim Handy; Rentals To Go/Storage Center, Gary and Holly Brightman; Kuhn’s Tree Service, Terry and Uwe Kuhn; Wells Fargo Advisors, Pete Smith and Laurel Wiltbank; Pennysaver/Evening Sun, Dick Snyder; and Chobani & Agro Farma, Missing from the photo.
