Unadilla Valley 5, Delhi 0

NEW BERLIN – Unadilla Valley cleared its first hurdle in the postseason with ease blowing out Delhi in the Class C playoffs Wednesday.

Kristyn Gould tallied for Unadilla Valley (10-4-2) just 2:07 into the game to set the tone. “Today we were right on from the start,” said UV coach Janelle Ross. “I told the girls that they had to forget everything that happened in the regular season. We’re starting over. Everyone is out to win, our you’re done.”

Amanda Tumilowicz, Taylor Davis, and Myriah Bodie had goals for the Storm, who led the Bulldogs 3-0 at halftime.

“We stuck to our game plan today,” Ross said. “We had some beautiful crosses, and people finished.”
