NORWICH – Work crews from the City of Norwich will begin resurfacing the entire Hayes Street municipal parking lot Tuesday and police are ordering all vehicles be removed from the area by 6 a.m. tomorrow or they will be towed.

City Public Works Superintendent Carl Ivarson said two prior notices to the public had been previously published and the rented equipment used in the project was being bill to the municipality by the hour.
