NORWICH – The Treasure Hunters Roadshow came to town Tuesday and the show’s buyer said he expects to dish out approximately $150,000 to $275,000 in cash during this, the company’s first visit to Norwich.
From 9 a.m. to 6 p.m. Thursday and Friday, and 9 a.m. to 4 p.m. Saturday, representatives of the Springfield, Illinois-based treasure-hunting company will be on hand at the Howard Johnson’s Ballroom, 75 N. Broad St., to meet with local residents and offer cash to an estimated 400 to 500 people for “treasures” they bring in voluntarily.
