Independence Party endorses Hanna

ALBANY – Richard Hanna, fresh from a campaign trip to Norwich where he attended the Republican Party’s Lobsterfest, has won endorsement from the New York State Independence Party.

Hanna is in the race for the state’s 24th Congressional District of the U.S. Congress, a seat currently held by Democrat Michael Arcuri of Utica.

“Richard's ideas and values are perfectly in step with the party's vision on what is needed in the country and our state," stated Independence Party Chairman Frank MacKay in a statement issued Monday.
