NORWICH – City Police officers responding to a complaint of a disorderly man along Midland Drive were searching the area for the subject when they spotted a burglar through a window inside the Norwich Middle School.
Police responded to a call of a disorderly man walking down Midland Drive at about 3:50 a.m. Sunday morning. When a patrol arrived and began searching the street for the subject, one of the officers noticed a broken window leading into the Norwich City Middle School.
