S-E teachers present literacy bag project in Albany

ALBANY – State Senator James L. Seward (R/C/I-Oneonta) met on March 15 with teachers from Sherburne-Earlville Central School attending the Rural Education Advisory Committee (REAC) Innovative Programs in Rural Schools showcase in Albany.

“The Sherburne-Earlville Community/School Connections for Literacy Success project is a wonderful example of the creative, early education programs taking place in our rural schools,” said Senator Seward. “The program has helped jump start the educational experience for our youngest students preparing them for an exciting new chapter in their lives.”
