Oxford Completes Fourth Straight Perfect Run Through Division Play

Oxford 60, Bainbridge-Guilford 43

BAINBRIDGE – Oxford completed its fourth straight perfect run through MAC Division II play, and extended its division winning streak to 40 games in Saturday’s victory at B-G.

The Blackhawks (12-5) jumped out to a 36-13 lead at halftime to assume command of the game. Booker Davis led Oxford with 14 points and Cory Seiler scored 13.

Justin Pepper had 13 for B-G (7-10), Ryan Porter had 11, and Steve Patten 10.

Oxford, the defending league champion plays Walton this Saturday at SUNY Oneonta in the league championship game.
