GUILFORD – Mt. Upton resident Michael Miles was sworn in as the Town of Guilford’s newest town councilman on Wednesday, Jan. 13.
Miles was appointed to fill out the remainder of George Seneck’s term of office on the board, due to expire on Dec. 31. Seneck resigned from the position after a successful run for town supervisor in November.
