State Police Uncover Pot Operation In Edmeston

EDMESTON – The New York State Police raided a home in the Town of Edmeston after an investigation by the Department of Child Protective Services led them to a residence where investigators uncovered 196 marijuana plants growing on the property.

On Aug. 11, at approximately 4:20 p.m., the New York State Police at Richfield, executed a search warrant at 5574 County Route 18 in the Town of Edmeston. Police said the warrant was the result of an investigation originally initiated by the Department of Child Protective Services.
