NORWICH Police have located a Norwich teen who has been missing since Friday in New Paltz, and are looking into pressing possible criminal charges against those who may have aided in her dissappearance.
The disappearance is still under investigation at this time. The circumstances involved a 15-year-old girl being sustained for a period of time and if there are adults involved, they may be charged, said Norwich Police Chief Joseph Angelino.
